What is your arrival window?

We have a 1 hour arrival window. This is to deal with the unpredictability of traffic, parking and such.

What if I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We will gladly help you reschedule at your convenience. Because we reserve a spot exclusively for your home, we ask that you let us know at least 48 hrs. in advance. There is a $50.00 cancellation fee if done within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.

How do I prepare for my cleaning service?

The best way to prep for the cleaning is to clear the areas to be cleaned as much as possible.

  • Pick up clothes, personal items, etc. from floors and counters so that we can properly clean the surfaces.

  • Clear beds to allow us to replace the linens without disturbing your personal items.

  • Place all garbage items in garbage bags or place them right next to the garbage cans. We”ll take the garbage out for you.

This will ensure that the cleaning team can spend the maximum amount of time cleaning as well as better distinguish between personal belongings and trash items you wish the team to take out
