We are committed to bring you a top of the line cleaning service. All of our employees  have been trained to clean in accordance with CDC guidelines. Our Disinfectant solutions are medical grade, food safe, and approved by the EPA. We care about the safety of your family and our employees alike. For this reason, the following measures are in place: 

FOR ALL STAFF AND CLEANING TEAM:

• Any one that has been in direct contact with a person that has been confirmed or suspected to have Covid19 will need to self quarantine for the next 14 days following the contact. In order to return to work, employee must present a clearance letter from a medical facility. 

• Every employee will be subject to temperature checks and survey evaluation on a daily basis. Anyone that presents signs of sickness will be sent home immediately. 

• All Cleaning tools and equipment will be disinfected at the beginning of the shift, between homes, and at the end of the shift. 

• All Cleaning services include sanitizing of all high touched surfaces in addition to all other areas that are sanitized on a regular basis at no extra charge

• All Cleaners are to maintain a 6ft distance from any guest or Client present at home or rental property. 

  FOR ALL CUSTOMERS: 

  Please consider vacating your home during our cleaning service for the best results. We understand this may not always be feasible. If you must remain in the house, we kindly ask that you stay in a separate room throughout the cleaning process. Our cleaner will coordinate with you to ensure a smooth rotation through the different areas of the house. The same applies to all family members and pets. 

  If anyone in your household is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or has been in contact with a confirmed or suspected case, please inform us immediately. We are committed to assisting you and will waive any cancellation fees related to COVID-19 concerns.

  Additionally, we offer specialized post-COVID-19 cleaning and disinfection services. Please contact our office directly to arrange for this type of service.

  If we become aware of illness within your household during our visit, we reserve the right to leave the premises promptly. Our COVID-19 cleaning procedures require specific protocols, and without prior notice, our team may not be equipped to proceed. Our office will reach out to you directly to provide further clarification if needed.
